Houston Medical Supply Buyers pays people cash for sealed, unused
diabetic supplies. Their constraint was finding a steady flow of
people with supplies to sell. New leads arrived unpredictably, and
there was nobody dedicated to working them, so opportunities went
cold before anyone spoke to them.

What we built
We built the demand and the operations to handle it. Paid social
campaigns generate the leads, and we helped them hire and onboard an
associate to speak with every person who comes in, so the
conversations happen while the ads are running rather than days
later. A back end system tracks each lead through to a completed
transaction.
